2014학년도 후기 대학원 외국인(1차)합격자 유의사항 안내
본교 대학원 합격을 진심으로 축하드립니다. 합격자 안내사항을 아래와 같이 알려드리오니 관련 내용을 확인하시기 바랍니다.
1. 합격 및 비자관련 서류 - 표준입학허가서, 장학증서, 초청장, 등록금고지서(고지서는 홈페이지 출력 가능합니다) - 해외거주 유학생(비자 발급신청자) : 우편으로 보내드립니다. - 해외거주 중국 유학생 (사증발급인정신청 대상자) : 아주대학교에서 수원출입국사무소에 비자발급 신청을 할 예정입니다.(약 1개월 소요) - 국내거주 유학생(비자 변경 및 연장 대상자) : 직접 대학원 교학팀에 방문해서 비자 연장 또는 변경에 필요한 서류를 수령해 가시기 바랍니다. (아주대 율곡관 305호, 방문시 서류가 구비되어 있는지 사전 확인후 방문하시기 바랍니다. 031-219-2302, klove@ajou.ac.kr)
2. 합격자 확인 방법 - 합격자 명단은 첨부 합격자 리스트를 참조하십시오. 가. 대학원 홈페이지(http://grad.ajou.ac.kr) 합격자 발표배너 클릭(홈페이지 화면 왼쪽) 나. 이름 및 외국인등록번호 입력 후 확인 가능(개별 통지하지 않음) - 외국인등록번호가 없는 경우 남자는 생년월일 + 1111111, 여자는 생년월일 + 2222222로 확인 가능함. 다. 표준입학허가서 및 초청장은 별도 송부 (우편, 이메일, 또는 방문수령)
3. 합격증 상기 합격자 확인 화면 출력물로 대신하며 별도로 발급하지 않음 - "합격증명서"가 필요한 분은 대학원 교학팀(031-219-2302)으로 연락 바랍니다.
4. 등록금 고지서 발급 (우편물 송부 및 이메일 송부) 가. 우편물 송부 및 이메일 송부함. 나. 홈페이지 출력가능 1) 기 간 : 2014.6.2(월) ~ 2014. 7.7(월) 2) 출력방법 : 대학원 홈페이지(http://grad.ajou.ac.kr) 고지서 출력 배너클릭
5. 등 록 가. 기 간 : 2014.7.3.(목)~7.4(금),7.7(월), 09:30 ~ 16:30 (3일간 스탠다드차타드은행 업무시간내) 나. 등록장소 : 스탠다드차타드은행(舊SC제일은행) 창구 납부 ※ 상기 기간 내 미등록 시 입학의사가 없는 것으로 간주하여 불합격 처리되오니, 합격자는 반드시 해당기간 내 납부하시기 바랍니다. ※ 해외거주로 불가피하게 상기 기간내 입금 불가한자는 6 월30일까지 대학원 교학팀으로 등록연기 신청해 주시기 바랍니다. ( klove@ajou.ac.kr , 신청서 홈페이지 참조) 다.등록금
6. 장 학 가. 장학내용은 등록금고지서에 반영되어 있습니다. 나. 장학생은 합격자 유의사항 및 대학원홈페이지에 게재되어 있는 학사안내문의 장학생 자격유지조건을 반드시 준수해야 함 (대학원 홈페이지(http://grad.ajou.ac.kr)의 좌 측 배너 ‘2014-1 강의시간표 및 학사안내‘ 에 기재예정임.) 다. 장학생은 등록금 고지서 발급 시 장학 금액이 학비감면으로 처리되어 고지되며, 매학기 4학점(전공 및 연구학점 포함) 이상 수강 신청해야 하며 성적이 F인 과목이 없어햐 하며, 매학기 평점평균 3.5 이상을 취득하여야 장학 자격이 유지됨. ( ※ 휴학시 장학자격 상실됨.)
7. 수강신청 가. 기 간 : 2014.8.13(수) ~ 8.19(화) 예정. 나. 방 법 : 2014년 8월 초 홈페이지 공지 예정
8. 개강일자 - 2014.9.1(월)
9. 학번부여 가. 등록기간 완료 후 등록된 자에 한하여 2014년 8월 초 이후 학번이 부여됨 나. 수강신청 이전에 대학원 홈페이지(http://grad.ajou.ac.kr) 공지사항에 학번 공지 예정
10. 학생증 발급 : 개인정보제공 동의서 제출 후 8월 말 배부 예정 (별도 공지 예정)
11. 외국인 전체 오리엔테이션 - 2014.년 8월 말 예정이며 별도 공지 예정

Notice for Successful candidates in 2014 Fall semester (Graduate school in Ajou University)
Congratulations for your admission!
List of successful candidates : Please refer to the attached file.
This is important information for you, please read it carefully.
Class information and Academic information for graduate school students will be noticed until around first week of August.
2. Registration You can also print out tuition bill on web site ( http://grad.ajou.ac.kr ) a. period : from July. 3rd~4th ,7th. 2014 b. Payment Place : Standard Chartared Bank If you cannot pay tuition fee in that period above, your admission will be cancelled. Someone who cannot pay in the period above because of living abroad, please contact me in advance until June. 27th (grad@ajou.ac.kr) c. Tuition Fee (Korean Won)
3. Scholarship Your scholarship information is on the tuition bill. Only students who earned a minimum of 4 credits in the previous semester(including the thesis credits) and acquired over 3.5 of GPA for each semester without a grade of 'F' in every course can apply for the scholarship. If you applied for leave of absence, your scholarship will be cancelled.
4. Application for classes a. Period : from Aug. 13th to 19th, 2014 b. How to apply: application method will be noticed on graduate school website(grad-e.ajou.ac.kr) You can get information about classes from the coordinator in each department office.
4. Commencement of Fall Semester : September 1st, 2014.
5. Student ID number After registration period, the student ID number will be announced on website of Graduate school (http://grad-e.ajou.ac.kr) on around 1st week of August.
6. Student ID card. You can get your student ID card around end of August and for that you have to make an consent form of using private information of yours. And we will notice it again. (http://grad-e.ajou.ac.kr)
7. Orientation for International students in 2014 Fall semester. The schedule will be noticed later.(http://grad-e.ajou.ac.kr)

1) Submission of Application (Only for the intenational students)
2) Notification of Room Assignment Agu. 3) Payment of the Dormitory Fee or Deposit - Aug.11st (Mon) ~ Aug.22nd (Fri) New coming students: USD60 for the deposit
4) Due date of the Remaining Dormitory Fee
5) Dormitory opening period for Fall 2014
