Dormitory Application for Enrolled Students for Spring, 2016

1. Application period for Dormitory : Jan.7th(Thu) ~ Jan. 17th(Sun), 2016

2. How to apply for Dormitory : Online application through AIMS2 portal website

3. Notification of Room Assignment : Feb.1st(Mon), 2016

4. Period for Payment of Dormitory Fee : Feb.1st(Mon) ~ Feb. 5th(Fri), 2016

5. Place for Payment : SC Bank, pay available only during bank working hours (09:30-16:30)

6. Print out the bill

 - After submitting the Health Checkup results, students can print out the bill for Dormitory.

 - How to print it out : During the period for payment, You can print it out using AIMS portal website.

   (AIMS2 Portal - Login - Academic Information(Graduate school) - Dormitory - Print out the bill)

 - Submission of Health check up : Please submit the Original Health checkup result (including TB Test) to the Dormitory Office (at Hwahong Hall 1st floor) until Jan. 26th, 2016. You should do that before paying dormitory fee.

7. Entering Procedure : After Confirming Name and Room no. at 1st floor in each Dorm, you can take the Room Key and enter the room assigned.

8. Dormitory Opening Period for Spring 2016 : From Feb.27th(Sat), 2016

9. Dormitory Fee (Unit: KRW)
