Announcement of Place for Foreign Language examination for Spring, 2016

We inform you of the place for foreign language examination for Spring semester, 2016. Please check the location for foreign students and keep in mind the notes for applicants mentioned below.

1. Date & Time for Test : Feb. 5^th (Fri), 2016 [17:00 ~ 18:10 (total 70 minutes)]

   ※ Please arrive at the test sites until 16:50 on that day.

4. Notes for Applicants

- After starting the test (after 5:00pm), examinees can’t enter the test sites and anyone can’t go out of a test site until the finish time for test.

- Applicants are required to bring the identity card like student ID card, Alien Registration card, Passport and Driver’s License. If you do not have your identity card, you will be restricted to take the test.

- The answer sheet must be written by the pen for computer. It will be given by office of graduate school. (Also you can use the pen for computer that you bring)

- Please turn off the Electronic devices like cell phone during the examination.

- Please write down the details including course, department, student ID number, Name and Alien registration number on the answer sheet and the examination paper.

- You can use the correction tape when you want to modify the wrong answer, not available to use the correction fluid(whiteout).

* The announcement of Examination : It will be noticed on our website after completing the marking of examination papers.

* How to check the results : Login to the AIMS2 portal – Academic Information for Graduate School – Qualifying Examination/Thesis information – you can check the results, Pass or Fail.

** If you want to take alternative courses for foreign language test, you can apply for English classes during the period of application for classes(Feb. 2nd ~ Feb. 11th) and you can also apply for classes during the period for change of classes(Mar. 4th ~ Mar. 8th).
