- Ajou University operates a faculty recruitment pool system as an essential part of our faculty hiring process. Anyone wishing to join our faculty is free to apply..
- Those applying for open recruitment must register with the faculty recruitment pool and submit an online application during the indicated open recruitment period. We also recruit faculty members from among those registered with the pool as required at any time during the year (special recruitment).
